Job Summary:

The District Manager is a critical role at Wingstop, responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants within a designated region. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical Demands:

  • Standing and walking for long periods.
  • Lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Reaching, bending, and twisting to perform tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
