Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating Settlements: You will negotiate settlements for legal conflicts, leveraging your expertise to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Adhering to Legal Standards: You will adhere to all legal standards and regulations, ensuring that your work meets the highest ethical and professional standards.
  • Administrative and Managerial Tasks: You will handle administrative and managerial tasks related to legal practice, including managing client relationships and overseeing case progress.
  • Conducting Client Interviews: You will conduct client interviews to understand their malpractice cases, gathering essential information to inform your representation.
  • Investigating Medical Professionals: You will investigate medical professionals' practices to determine malpractice occurrences, utilizing your analytical skills to identify potential issues.

  • Collecting and Analyzing Medical Records: You will collect and analyze medical records for evidence, utilizing your analytical skills to identify key information.
  • Recording Depositions: You will record depositions from medical personnel at malpractice incident facilities, gathering essential testimony to inform your representation.
  • Arranging Independent Medical Examinations: You will arrange independent medical examinations for clients' conditions, ensuring that clients receive thorough and impartial assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience: You will have prior experience in Medical Malpractice Law, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and case law.
  • Familiarity with Legal Documents: You will be familiar with various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings.
