- Manage and optimize our CRM and marketing automation platforms to ensure seamless data integration and efficient marketing processes.

- Collaborate with the Communications and Development teams to leverage CRM data and drive digital marketing projects.
- Manage the social media presence for the Linda Hall Library President, including content creation, posting, and scheduling.
- Create user accounts, provide support for new users, and develop training materials to enhance database quality and streamline processes.
- Prepare programmatic and organizational reports and departmental performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with the Development team to conduct prospect research and wealth screenings.
- Prepare Marketing and Communications presentation materials in alignment with the Library's brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience and expertise.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with CRMs, marketing technology systems, digital analytics, and digital marketing, including Salesforce CRM and Pardot, or other comparable platforms.
- Confident marketing writer with at least 2-3 years of experience in journalism and/or business writing.
- Strong technical skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation applications.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex data analysis, is critical for success in the role.
- Strong understanding of marketing and communications strategies, particularly in email marketing, social media, and analytics.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing data analysis, with a solid grasp of relevant terminology, methods, strategies, and metrics.
- Proficiency in data security and privacy policies.
- Proven experience creating performance dashboards and business analytics visuals using Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
- Experience with website design and JavaScript is a plus.
- Working experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Certification is highly desirable.
- Accuracy: Produces precise and error-free work by thoroughly attending to details and double-checking work, ensuring high-quality and reliable outcomes.
- Data Analysis: Proficiently examines data sets to identify patterns, uncover trends, and gain insights. Makes informed, data-supported recommendations to supervisors and leadership.
- Technical Acumen & Learning: Understands technical concepts relevant to the field and is proficient in required tools and applications. Applies specialized knowledge to solve problems and make informed decisions. Actively acquires and applies new technical skills and knowledge.
- Professional Writing: Produces high-quality content suitable for professional outlets and external audiences. Crafts well-researched, accurate, and engaging work that adheres to specific style guides.
- Project Management: Plans and executes complex projects from start to finish. Communicates project goals, progress, and outcomes to project stakeholders and ensures timely and quality delivery.
- Collaboration: Works seamlessly with colleagues across functions and levels. Shares information, seeks input, and leverages diverse perspectives and expertise. Demonstrates adaptability and a charitable approach when working with others.
- Adaptability: Exhibits the capacity to modify and adjust work methods in response to evolving circumstances or shifting demands. Remains open-minded, embraces change, and proactively seeks innovative solutions to new challenges.
