Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping Associate at Schwebel Baking Company. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of our products to customers across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect products to be shipped against orders to ensure accuracy and quality
• Receive and unload incoming products, verifying information against shipment records
• Sort, count, and log products shipped or received, identifying any discrepancies or damages
• Prepare routine reports and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
• Operate equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks to load and unload products
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards, as well as understand and follow safety procedures
• Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers, as well as perform basic math
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects, and detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
• Knowledge of commercial shipping methods and procedures a plus
What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate of $17.00
• Full-time position with a Sunday-Monday, Wednesday-Thursday, Friday schedule
