Our team is seeking a Tax Proposal Operations Director to join our Global Mobility Services practice within our Tax organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal management, knowledge management, and marketing/writing/communications experience. They will lead Go-To-Market initiatives for larger client pursuits, provide strategic guidance on service line/practice-specific resources available for the pursuit process, and engage in strategic proposals for the service line.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with tax proposal ops team leader as well as respective service line/practice leadership to create/maintain/update proposal templates on a continuous basis
  • Lead Go-To-Market initiatives for larger client pursuits
  • Provide strategic guidance on service line/practice-specific resources available for the pursuit process
  • Lead discussions on key win themes, differentiators, and value propositions, leveraging insights from successful pursuits to strengthen proposal impact
  • Engage in strategic proposals for the service line and direct the execution of the pursuit process
  • Develop initial drafts of pursuit collateral (RFP responses, proposal documents, orals collateral) and collaborate with teams to refine and tailor content
  • Engage with partners in leadership roles, line partners, and firm leadership to ensure strategic alignment and support

Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience with proposal management, knowledge management and/or marketing/writing/communications experience; supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism or relevant field from an accredited college or university
  • Experience leading Go-To-Market initiatives working with larger sized client pursuits
  • Prior professional services experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
