ManTech is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist II to join our team in the DC, Northern Virginia, or Maryland area.

Responsibilities:
  • Champion the implementation of the ManTech Quality Management System (QMS) on assigned projects, adhering to defined processes and submitting supporting artifacts.
  • Support coordination and scheduling of internal and external audits and appraisals with project and local personnel.
  • Work with projects to resolve corrective actions and findings assigned to projects in a timely manner.
  • Assist in gap analysis, audits, and appraisals as needed and support the Quality Management Organization (QMO) to ensure that metric repositories are kept current for each assigned project.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field.
  • Two or more (2+) years of related experience.
  • If a candidate does not have a degree, four (4) additional years of experience are required.
  • If a candidate holds an Associate's degree rather than a Bachelor's degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Clearance Requirements:

Must have and active/current Top Secret Security Clearance.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
