Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at First Quality. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for performing confirmatory and special laboratory testing of products, providing analytical support for quality assurance functions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality testing and analysis of products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide analytical support for quality assurance functions, including data entry and reporting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or laboratory setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Work Environment

This is a night shift position, working 12-hour shifts. The laboratory environment can be dusty at times, and employees are required to participate in a daily pre-shift warm-up routine.
