Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to identify and report defects in software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test scripts.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our testing processes remain effective.
- At least 7 years of experience in system testing, including front-end and back-end testing.
- Strong understanding of different types of testing and ability to execute testing at all phases of development.
- Experience working with clients to understand requirements and write test scripts against requirements.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint (2016 and Online).
- Experience with testing Angular, API, and SQL Server.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to develop user support documentation and training that is straightforward and easy for end-users to comprehend.
