Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist with 3 years of experience working in the construction industry. The successful candidate will ensure the quality of site installations is consistent with company policy requirements, national and international standards, and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate quality inspections with site sub-contractors and vendors
- Coordinate non-destructive testing on site
- Verify that quality-related site activities are in accordance with applicable codes and standards
- Participate in site internal and external audits
- Ensure all quality control documentation is in compliance and completed for as-built handover through the QC turnover engineer
- 3 years of experience working in the construction industry
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience using Timberline (Sage 300 for Construction and Real Estate)
- Possess an optimistic and positive attitude, with the ability to succeed in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and complete assigned work
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Salary range $80,000 - $90,000 up to 10% in an annual discretionary bonus
