ManTech is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist II to support the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) on assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience with Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the implementation of the QMS on assigned projects, ensuring adherence to defined processes and proper training of staff members.
  • Support the coordination and scheduling of internal and external audits and appraisals with project and local personnel.
  • Work with projects to resolve corrective actions and findings assigned to projects in a timely manner.
  • Assist in gap analysis, audits, and appraisals as needed and support the Quality Management Organization (QMO) to ensure that metric repositories are kept current for each assigned project.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field.
  • Two or more years of related experience.
  • If a candidate does not have a degree, four additional years of experience are required.
  • If a candidate holds an Associate's degree rather than a Bachelor's degree, two additional years of experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active/current Top Secret Security Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
