Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Chenega Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance our overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement: You will be responsible for purchasing standard commercial supplies, materials, and equipment, and for ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Quote Analysis and Selection: You will analyze quotations received from suppliers and select or recommend the best option for the company.
  • Delivery and Shipment: You will expedite the delivery and shipment of supplies, materials, and equipment, and ensure that all deliveries are received in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: You will maintain accurate records of inventory levels, and ensure that all inventory is properly stored and accounted for.
  • Invoice Review: You will review invoices for payment, and ensure that all payments are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify areas for process improvement, and implement changes to enhance our overall performance.
  • Quality Reviews: You will conduct regular quality reviews of operations at the department and individual levels, and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or operations.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Airwatch and Intelligent Hub, as well as experience with Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, and ServiceNow.
