Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Office Assistant to join our Community Behavioral Health treatment programs. As an Office Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional support to our staff and clients, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and clinic staff, including answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage client records, including verifying payment information, collecting copays, and updating client files.
  • Assist with charting, filing, and scanning documents, as well as photocopying and mailing projects.
  • Coordinate Open Access, including explaining intake packets to clients and assigning clients in our Avatar system.
  • Track and anticipate clinic needs to order supplies and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

A high school diploma plus 6 years of relevant work experience or a bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant work experience.What We Offer
