Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at True Blue Dreams Inc. as a Guest Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest who chooses our restaurant leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Excellent Guest Service: Consistently deliver personalized and exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  2. Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Demonstrate proper personal hygiene and food safety practices consistently, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
  3. Assist Guests with Product Knowledge: Assist guests with product knowledge and promotional information upon request, accurately and efficiently.
  4. Follow Company Policies and Procedures: Follow restaurant policy on attendance, respectful conduct of team members, and all other policies consistently.
  5. Perform Primary and Secondary Responsibilities: Perform primary position responsibilities timely and accurately, and secondary responsibilities after primary duties are accomplished.
Requirements
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reading and Writing Skills: Possess basic reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand constantly, walk constantly, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds frequently.
