Festival Foods is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Clerk to join our team. As a Guest Services Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information to help guests make informed purchasing decisions.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process transactions, maintain cash and media at Service Counter registers, and distribute cashier tills.
- Guest Verification: Verify guest identities, process orders, applications, forms, and requests.
- Additional Services: Provide additional services such as DMV, Lottery, Rug Doctor, and ticket sales.
- Issue Resolution: Direct unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resource.
- Quality Standards: Ensure all quality standards are met, including quantity expectations.
- Availability: Minimum availability of 16 hours a week with a minimum of 8 hours per day during available days.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with associates and guests.
- Technical Skills: Ability to process information/merchandise through register system.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of a wide range of goods and services offered by Festival Foods.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
