About the Role:

The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in assisting the Studio Manager with new membership sales by bringing in new clients and booking them into introductory sessions. This individual will also be responsible for retaining current members and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Studio Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and close sales
  • Book and confirm introductory sessions
  • Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects
  • Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships, and targeting individual needs and wants
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production
  • Promote the studio's services and offerings to current and prospective members
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio
  • Ensure the studio is clean and tidy

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to learn and use software systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work Saturdays
