Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Parx Home Health Care. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, managing account relationships, and ensuring patients receive high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain referral source relationships with physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing centers
  • Manage account relationships and ensure patient needs are met
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive optimal care
  • Coordinate discharge planning for patients to ensure a smooth transition from post-acute facilities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care, preferred
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the home healthcare industry, including regulations, policies, and practices
