Appointment Coordinator

We are in search of motivated individuals to serve as Appointment Coordinators, responsible for connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments. If you possess a friendly demeanor and a knack for engaging conversations, this role could be an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Employ established scripts to effectively engage prospects and spark their interest.
- Meticulously document client information in our database.
- Strive to establish meaningful connections with potential clients.
- Keep thorough records of calls and interactions, noting valuable insights.
- Maintain clear communication with Sales Agents and team members.
