The Healthcare Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to healthcare professionals within our organization. This position serves as a crucial link between our staff, clients, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and present weekly reports on service utilization, including metrics on appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on scheduling and care coordination processes as required.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all client-related information in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage and analyze operational data to assess performance and recommend improvements for service delivery.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure timely booking of appointments and follow up with confirmations.
  • Prioritize and respond to internal communications efficiently, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate all appointments and workflows, ensuring resources are available for service delivery.
  • Mitigate scheduling conflicts and manage calendar issues effectively.
  • Maintain an updated database of contacts for seamless communication.
  • Provide support for medical readiness appointments and collaborate with other service teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Experience with healthcare systems and processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications.
