Role Summary:

The Patient Care Call Center Associate plays a crucial role in supporting our healthcare operations. Reporting to the Program Manager, this position is responsible for various administrative tasks, including managing telephone communications, scheduling patient appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Document messages and route them to the appropriate team members
  • Assist in coordinating procedures and tests for patients
  • Ensure patient records are complete and up-to-date
  • Manage daily patient inquiries and follow up as necessary
  • Prepare documentation for upcoming patient visits
  • Verify insurance details and manage referrals
  • Maintain accurate data entry for billing and reporting purposes
  • Distribute correspondence and manage office communications
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
