We are seeking a highly skilled Event Registration Manager to join our team at BREVCO SERVICES. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing event registrations using Cvent, including developing registration landing pages, testing the registration process, and coordinating with our budget and finance team to develop an attendee payment solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage event agendas in Cvent under the direction of the respective event PROJOs
  • Develop and manage the speaker lists for individual events under the direction of the respective PROJOs
  • Manage media and document libraries in Cvent and SharePoint for all events as directed
  • Develop, manage, and update content in Attendee Hub under the direction of the respective event OPRs
  • Manage the registration approvals process in coordination with AOS and Protocol as required
  • Provide direct email support to registrants regarding registration and access/use of the Cvent Event Application
