Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Framing Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and creating a memorable framing solution for their art.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to create a customized framing solution.
  • Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, ensuring seamless customer experience across all channels.
  • Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes, ensuring truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
  • Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail experience.
  • Experience selling products and/or services to customers.
Work Environment

Our store is a public retail setting, with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work may be required. The Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
