Job Summary:Stanford University is seeking a Disability and Leave Specialist 2 to join its Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating disability and family leaves for all faculty and staff, working closely with third-party vendors, and communicating with employees and local HR partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate disability and family leaves for faculty and staff
- Work with third-party vendors for oversight and facilitation of leaves

- Manage case files and perform payroll transactions
- Answer questions about disability, family medical leave, and other related policies
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience
