Job Summary

DLA Piper is seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to support the firm's critical risk management function. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, staff, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on corporate business structures and conflicts of interest
  • Review and analyze conflicts search results
  • Generate conflicts reports and communicate with partners and staff
  • Perform self-evaluative quality control checks of conflict reports
  • Coordinate processing and reporting for large and complex search requests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in conflicts or new business intake department or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

This position can be remote, with occasional visits to the local office required.
