Job Title: Guest Service Representative

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making every celebration sweeter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Engagement: Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, determining their interests and needs to create a superior experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of our cake offerings, including size and flavor profiles, pricing, and special promotions.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Suggest additional merchandise to complete a unique celebration, processing guest orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Store Presentation: Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine cleaning and replenishing retail merchandise.
  • Team Support: Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
