Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

Act as a model for customer-centric behaviors in line with company standards.

Develop a team of customer-oriented staff through effective coaching and performance evaluation.

Address challenging customer situations with professionalism.

Manage customer complaints and concerns efficiently.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Ensure all products align with quality benchmarks.

Sales Management

Lead and oversee store sales initiatives, which may encompass promotional events, retail sales, and fundraising activities.

Collaborate with the General Manager to meet business objectives and profitability goals as outlined in the operational plan.

Production Oversight

Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and control variances in daily product output and overall store performance.

Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards.

Coordinate production schedules to align with customer demand while minimizing labor costs.

Identify and resolve any production or equipment issues.

Safety and Hygiene

Promote a culture of safety within the store environment.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation through effective training and scheduling.

Equipment Maintenance

Supervise the upkeep of store facilities and equipment.

Team Leadership

Assist the General Manager in the recruitment, training, and conflict resolution processes.

Oversee all shift personnel and foster a team-oriented atmosphere.

Demonstrate leadership in the development of employees, including key staff members.

Communicate and enforce all store policies and standards effectively.

Financial Management

Support the General Manager in managing budgets, including income and expenses.

Assist in the preparation of necessary corporate reporting documentation.

Manage company resources responsibly, including inventory oversight.

Leadership and Communication

Model and communicate company standards and policies.

Effectively implement directives from management.

Organize store operations to enhance efficiency.

Engage with corporate personnel as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma required.

Experience in sales, management, production, and customer service is essential.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.

Positive attitude, sociable demeanor, and enthusiasm.

Self-driven, creative, and adaptable.

Basic knowledge of computer systems and communication tools.

Completion of management training programs is preferred.

Must meet driving standards.

Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-secondary education is strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Physical activity is varied and may include standing, walking, and lifting.

Must be able to meet requirements for a driver's license.

Work Environment:

Work may involve exposure to both indoor and outdoor conditions.
