Job Title: Gulfstream Maintenance Supervisor

At Solairus Aviation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gulfstream Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all maintenance activities of assigned aircraft, including implementing maintenance standards, methods, and procedures established by Solairus Aviation.
  • Coordinate maintenance training requirements with the Director of Maintenance and/or Client Aviation Manager.
  • Develop a budget outlining and projecting financial expenses related to aircraft maintenance, parts & labor, tooling, equipment, and base facilities.
  • Supervise and approve expenditures related to assigned aircraft.
  • Participate in the Safety Management Systems and assume any duties delegated by the Director of Maintenance, Manager of Maintenance Operations, and Client Aviation Manager.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Corporate Aircraft Maintenance Operations.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
  • Proficient with planning, implementation, and direction of the maintenance programs and control system for the aircraft operated.
