Compensation: The annual salary is determined by relevant experience, ranging from $78,000 to $104,825. Additional compensation of $1,000 is available for proficiency in a language other than English and for holding graduate degrees.

Role Overview: The Administrative Operations Leader plays a crucial role in facilitating various organizational tasks that support frontline social justice initiatives. This position oversees an Operations Assistant and is responsible for fostering an effective, efficient, and welcoming workplace that aids staff and engages with clients and the community. Key responsibilities include office and facilities management, addressing staff and organizational needs, and enhancing operational systems and procedures. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Human Resources & Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities & Office Management: Oversee daily office and property management, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance, coordinating with IT support for system needs.
- Lead the development and evaluation of office procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise vendor and contractor engagements, including soliciting bids and reviewing contracts.
Staff Training & Support:
- Foster a professional and friendly work environment.
- Respond promptly to internal inquiries and support staff operations.
- Conduct internal training sessions on safety and operational procedures.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees and maintain resources on the intranet.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in operations support within a legal or nonprofit organization.
