Role Overview: The Administrative Operations Leader plays a crucial role in facilitating various organizational tasks that support frontline social justice initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities & Office Management: Oversee daily office and property management, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance, coordinating with IT support for system needs.
  • Lead the development and evaluation of office procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise vendor and contractor engagements, including soliciting bids and reviewing contracts.

Staff Training & Support:

  • Foster a professional and friendly work environment.
  • Respond promptly to internal inquiries and support staff operations.
  • Conduct internal training sessions on safety and operational procedures.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees and maintain resources on the intranet.
