**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced sales and customer experience professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Arbuckle Coffee Roasters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service, managing phone orders, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of ecommerce operations, and a passion for building long-term relationships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage up to four phone lines with a calm and pleasant speaking voice
  • Handle phone orders, provide refunds when necessary, and resolve shipping issues using Shopify
  • Assist ecommerce customers with subscription-related questions via phone, online chat, and email
  • Diffuse conflicts and find solutions to customer complaints, missing packages, and other issues
  • Offer product recommendations and upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service
  • Enter invoices into QuickBooks, including batching invoices on a daily basis
  • Respond to customer inquiries via online chat and email in a timely manner
