Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and ensure a positive, welcoming environment.
- Prepare and serve coffee and coffee-less beverages using retail equipment.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, following health and safety guidelines.
- Promote new coffee offerings and seasonal specials.
- Support training initiatives and mentor new team members.
