Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers warmly and ensure a positive, welcoming environment.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and coffee-less beverages using retail equipment.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, following health and safety guidelines.
  • Promote new coffee offerings and seasonal specials.
  • Support training initiatives and mentor new team members.
