We are looking for a results-driven professional to execute sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will drive sales performance by promoting our psychiatry portfolio and executing against commercialization challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Planning & Account Leadership: Develop strategy & tactics using digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities and enhance sales execution.
  • Customer Development: Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: Gather and validate key trends and dynamics in the market, map account linkages, and apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge.
  • Reimbursement: Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues.
  • Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical and regulatory environment and adhere to Lundbeck policies and procedures.
