Avison Young, a prominent player in the commercial real estate sector, is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Facilities Engineer to oversee a retail property. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine and predictive maintenance assessments, fostering strong relationships with tenants, and collaborating closely with the Property Management Team. Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with a solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical work, plumbing, and painting. A Journeyman's level license or equivalent expertise is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to maintenance requests
  • Address service inquiries

Required Qualifications:
