Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our mission-critical project for the Department of Justice's National Security Division (NSD).

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SCCM and Endpoint Management, with a strong focus on the provision, administration, and monitoring of endpoint services across classified environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision, administer, and maintain endpoint services across two classified enclaves.
  • Manage system operations, including hardware, OS, and utilities on all servers and computer systems.
  • Ensure the ongoing health and viability of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), including configuration, patch management, troubleshooting, and version upgrades.
  • Implement updates, patches, and builds to maintain system security across the network.
  • Serve as Tier 2 support, resolving complex issues beyond Tier 1 staff capabilities.
  • Work with vendors on COTS/GOTS applications to ensure functionality.
  • Analyze technical and business requirements, providing practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of expertise in SCCM (preferably version 2303).
  • Experience in server management, patch management, and automation (PowerShell scripting preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with endpoint imaging and system deployment.
  • Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI.

Compensation:

Location: 100% Onsite in Washington, D.C.

Hours:

Core hours required: 10 am - 3 pm EST

Salary:

$160,000 - $175,000/year
