Job Title: Memory Care Administrator

Trinity Memory Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Memory Care Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our memory care facility, ensuring the highest level of care and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise staff to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Oversee operations within the community, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Ensure that residents receive quality care and that staff performance meets regulatory standards
  • Oversee security, transportation, and marketing/referral sources
  • Ensure that emotional, physical, psychological, and safety needs are met through all program services and activities
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least two years' experience in senior housing or memory care, preferably in a leadership role
  • Valid Florida CORE ALF Administrator License
  • LPN or RN license preferred, but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of regulations and guidelines for assisted living
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and possess superior customer service skills and professionalism
