Your Role:
As a Maintenance Technician I, you will contribute to creating dream vacations by delivering quality outcomes for our guests through your maintenance expertise, customer service skills, and ensuring that every unit and building is in optimal condition.

Your Contributions:

Execute all general facility maintenance tasks under supervision, ensuring the preservation of high quality and efficient operations. Address service requests and repairs as instructed (including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry). Conduct maintenance work for units preparing for new guests as directed. Utilize basic knowledge for the repair and replacement of general fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry. Maintain the exterior landscape: including trash disposal, litter collection, and general landscaping tasks. Inspect and clean building systems, reporting any deficiencies to the supervisor while adhering to the company's safety protocols.
