Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a typical workweek of 35 hours, primarily during daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
3. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to address maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
4. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are stored safely.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in building maintenance or a related field is advantageous.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools are essential.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
