Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and general cleaning in guest accommodations and throughout the property to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and repair.
  • Utilize General Clean and Preventive Maintenance (GC/PM) checklists effectively.
  • Document and log all maintenance work performed, ensuring proper storage of files and reports.
  • Monitor and assess progress and outcomes through established control systems.
  • Address guest and staff requests and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all hotel and governmental operational procedures.
  • Report any safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete necessary tasks, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Meetings regularly.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of emergency procedures.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to complete daily tasks as per schedule.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to operate necessary equipment and perform maintenance duties, including lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Consistent attendance and reliability.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
