** $100 SIGN ON BONUS **


The Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in guest accommodations and throughout the property, ensuring that the hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and repair.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and general cleaning in guest rooms as per the scheduled guidelines.
  • Utilize General Clean and Preventive Maintenance (GC/PM) checklists effectively.
  • Document and log all completed work. Maintain files and reports according to established protocols.
  • Monitor progress and outcomes through established control systems.
  • Address guest and associate requests and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all hotel and governmental operational procedures.
  • Notify management of any safety concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Meetings regularly.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Complete maintenance work orders promptly.
  • Perform other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of emergency protocols.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to complete daily tasks according to the work schedule.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests and co-workers for accurate information exchange.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Physical capability and manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment and perform maintenance/cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Dependable attendance and consistency in work performance.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
