Aviation Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Aviation Laboratories, Inc. in Houston or New Orleans.
This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$60,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales and customer support, with a strong background in telemarketing systems and strategies.
Responsibilities include driving sales over the telephone, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and developing action plans to penetrate new markets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to set targets and design sales growth plans.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in inside telemarketing sales
- Strong background in inside sales, telemarketing systems, and strategies
- Experience using contact management software
- Proven ability to perform under pressure
