**Business Development Opportunity:** Commercial Aviation Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Aviation Account Manager to join our team at Aviation Laboratories, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with existing and new accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in the commercial aviation industry.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, and customer support. A strong background in sales systems, strategies, and contact management software is required. Telemagic and Sage experience is a definite plus.

In this role, you will work closely with our Vice President to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will also be responsible for preparing quotations, bids, and company/product presentations, as well as evaluating and maintaining customer pricing and profitability.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 per year, based on performance and ability to meet goals. In addition to a salary, our compensation plan includes a bonus program, medical, dental, life insurance, and 401K. Total earnings will be based upon your hard work and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales over the telephone and bring new opportunities in your assigned territory
  • Meet reasonable goals for growth, customer retention, and profitability
  • Establish and maintain client relationships and programs
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Prepare quotations, bids, and company/product presentations
  • Evaluate and maintain customer pricing and profitability
