RDO Equipment is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of RDO Equipment Co. products and services.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and ensure they receive the best possible support.
- Represent the company for the sale of Product Support to customers in a defined sales area.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in an industry-related role with involvement in activities such as sales, service, training, or other related work.
- Strong computer skills and excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 / year

- Average $80,000 to $100,000+ your first year, with top earners well into six figures.
- Guaranteed base salary plus commissions.
