Front Desk Representative

- Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
- Monitor the Emergency Response System.
- Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
- Control Electronic Security Control Systems.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred.
- Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
You will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits, including your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and Vision. Additionally, you will receive paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
The estimated salary for this position is $35,400 per year, based on an hourly rate of $17.50 bi-weekly. However, compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
