Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
About the Role:As a CBRE Receptionist, you will provide administrative support to a department or office, including greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and performing general clerical duties.
This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, responsible for delivering world-class customer service to clients and visitors of a designated building.
- Provide reception services to clients and visitors, including directing calls, issuing visitor passes, and following security protocols.
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including room setup, catering orders, and technological equipment requests.
- Perform general clerical duties, including distributing faxes, packages, and mail, as well as ordering office supplies.
- Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight, arranging messenger services as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- The ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, with an inquisitive mindset.
