Position Overview

INTRODUCTION

As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will engage in a diverse array of HR functions, encompassing talent acquisition, workforce management, employee engagement, and adherence to regulatory standards. In collaboration with the HR team at Toyoda Gosei Missouri, your contributions will be essential in upholding the organization's policies and operational frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates for various positions
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost workplace morale
  • Offer support and advice to management on HR-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws
  • Develop and oversee affirmative action strategies
  • Assist in the recruitment process across all job categories
  • Facilitate orientation sessions for new hires and guide career development
  • Manage employee relations consultations and conduct exit interviews
  • Contribute to the establishment of departmental objectives and systems
  • Maintain records in the HR information system and generate reports

REQUIREMENTS
