Position Overview:

The Project Manager will be tasked with managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications to guarantee the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership qualities, adept problem-solving capabilities, and substantial project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multi-disciplinary projects of moderate to high complexity
  • Engage with various internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Formulate project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Facilitate regulatory submissions and approvals
  • Lead a diverse project team
  • Deliver clear and comprehensive reports to management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Project Management
  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and practices
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting salary at $135,000
  • Comprehensive total rewards program
  • Market compensation is $150,000, with additional incentives

Work Environment:

  • Must be available for emergency restoration assignments as necessary
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Primarily office-based work with occasional site visits
  • Periodic visits to construction sites and utility Rights-of-Way
  • Assigned role in storm/incident response as needed
