Job Description
We are seeking a Clerical Coordinator for Human Resources to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and preparation of documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Preparing reports and documentation
- Providing administrative support to the HR department
- Assisting with employee onboarding and benefits administration
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years of clerical experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with HR software and systems
Salary Range
We offer a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
Location
This position is based in Rancho Cordova, CA, and requires occasional travel using your personal vehicle. A reliable means of transportation and a valid California driver's license are required.
