Job Overview
  Concentric LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of projects across multiple job sites. Your expertise will help us maintain high-quality standards and deliver exceptional results to our clients.

About the Role
  As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for processing new project orders, coordinating kickoff meetings, and providing clerical support to field supervisors. You will also send weekly customer job updates, maintain accurate crew schedules, and keep field supervisors informed about changes. Additionally, you will complete job closeout packages, work with accounts payable and procurement to process contractor invoices, and issue purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities
  
  • Process new project orders and coordinate kickoff meetings.
  • Provide clerical support to field supervisors, including sending weekly customer job updates.
  • Maintain accurate crew schedules and inform field supervisors about changes.
  • Complete job closeout packages, process contractor invoices, and issue purchase orders.

Requirements
  To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in project coordination. A construction or telecom background is preferred, as well as knowledge of Procore and/or project management software. You should also possess strong construction experience or technical aptitude to understand job scopes. Detail-oriented, multitasking capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
