Position Overview

The Lemich Clinic for Military Mental Health is dedicated to providing exceptional, confidential mental health services to those who serve our country. Our clientele primarily consists of active duty service members, along with military spouses and veterans seeking support.

We are currently looking for a full-time, in-person Clinical Leadership Associate who is passionate about managing a caseload of therapy clients, overseeing residents-in-counseling, and contributing to the leadership of our dedicated team. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday and observes Federal Holidays.

This role is anticipated to lead our upcoming location in Virginia Beach.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active, unrestricted LPC license in Virginia
  • Registered as a clinical supervisor in Virginia
  • Familiarity with military culture
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with active duty military personnel or veterans
  • EMDR certification in good standing with EMDRIA
  • Experience in psychological assessments
  • Background in couples therapy
