Position Overview:
National Counseling Group is actively looking for a full-time Lead Clinical Coordinator.

Under the general supervision of the local Operations Director, the Lead Clinical Coordinator is tasked with implementing the CARE Model of Supervision across a designated geographic area or program for one or more ncgCARE Partners.

This role is classified as a Tier 1 Leadership position, holding responsibility for the overall staff experience, clinical excellence, and customer satisfaction within the department.

Daily travel is required, with a working vehicle and valid driver's license necessary. Travel may account for up to 25% of the workweek, with minimal overnight stays.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversees case assignments for the team.
  • Fosters and maintains community partnerships with stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction and accessibility.
  • Conducts initial assessments in the absence of a clinical assessor.
  • Initiates contact with clients within 15 days of their first session.
  • Communicates with all referring professionals within 30 days of the initial session.
  • Regularly engages with individuals and families, at least at intake and quarterly thereafter, to gather feedback on service satisfaction.
  • Provides crisis monitoring and tracking, including aftercare reviews.
  • Attends court hearings or client-related community meetings as necessary.
  • Monitors the caseload utilization of assigned team members.
  • Offers consultation for crisis situations to team members.
  • Reviews clinical documentation from team members, providing recommendations and approvals as needed.
  • Assists with the use and integration of electronic systems (EHR, HRIS, LMS).
  • Participates in service recovery activities as indicated by the complaint and grievance policy or as directed by the Site Director.
