We are seeking a Full-Time Merchandising Representative to join our team at Mondelez International. As a representative, you will be responsible for merchandising and promoting our iconic snack brands in various retail stores across the region.

About the Job

As a Full-Time Merchandising Representative, you will be working closely with store employees to ensure that our products are visually appealing and easily accessible to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, constructing promotional displays, and ordering products via an iPad tablet.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets and enhance seasonal sales. You will be expected to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about Mondelēz' products and their features
  • Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products on shelves and construct promotional displays
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps
  • Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
  • Evaluate store conditions and make recommendations to management to improve sales and product visibility
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities
