Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kennebec Savings Bank. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on meeting the needs of our customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:- Customer Account Services: Provide account services to Bank customers, including opening new checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts, as well as maintaining accurate cash and transaction records.
- Customer Transactions: Process customer teller or account transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while ensuring that all Bank and branch policies and procedures are followed.
- Support Bank Products/Services: Maintain knowledge of current KSB products and services, actively utilizing them to understand their features and benefits, and communicate effectively with customers and prospective customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1 to 3 years' branch banking experience as a teller/head teller and customer service representative OR other customer service experience.
- Computer literate, with specific experience in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- A competitive salary of $43,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
